Setting the Scene: Walthamstow in the Sixties, an exhibition exploring the social, architectural and cultural climate of Waltham Forest in the 1960s. Drawing on our incredible photographic collection, and featuring the photographs of Ken Russell alongside other examples from our rich object collection, this exhibition reveals the roots of Waltham Forest’s reputation as a centre of creativity.
